How Do I Know If My Baby Has Colic?
- It's normal for babies to cry, but if they cry more than 3 hours a day, 3 days a week for at least 1 week, then they may have infant colic.
- Colic occurs more often in the afternoon and evening.
Other signs of colic can include the following:
- It's hard to soothe or settle your baby
- The baby clenches their fists when crying
- Babies with colic often bring their knees up to their tummy or arch their back
- There are a lot of tummy rumbles or they're very windy
