GelTears 0.2% w/w Carbomer Eye Gel 10gm is a lubricant that is used to substitute natural tears. When your eyes do not produce enough natural tears it can cause dryness and irritation. GelTears can help to prevent these symptoms. 

GelTears contain Carbomer, which clings to the surface of the eye due to its hydrophilic properties and high molecular weight. This can reduce the required frequency of administration to four times daily for those patients who usually require more frequent application of eye drops for dry eyes.
