Includes two resistance settings. The ball bearings are interchangeable in the device, so you can choose which ball bearing suits your lung capacity.

1. Average Lung Capacity Ball Bearing– Medium resistance for people with reasonable fitness or who have mild lung conditions like asthma, or COPD.
2. Low Lung Capacity Ball Bearing– Low resistance for people with severe respiratory conditions who have a low lung capacity.

How Does OPEP Work?

Oscillating Positive Expiratory Pressure (OPEP) utilises oscillations (vibrations) in the airways to mobilise mucus to allow smooth movement and removal from deep coughing motions. As a result, oxygen levels increase due to fewer mucus obstructions and helps us to breathe easier again.
